Best packaging/holder to ship unslabbed coins for grading?

Sorry if this was asked elsewhere, but the search function was not working in the chat forums...

What is the best way to package non-slabbed coins for shipment into NGC for grading? I obviously want to prevent damage/abrasion/etc. and have not submitted through a service previously. I will have some coins that are slabbed through another service shipping in with these coins, as well, so just looking for suggestions and pointers on what sorts of holders to use (or avoid).
