1921 Copper round, can they grade/certify?

Well copper is $2.83 a pound or about 18 cents an ounce.  As a novelty item they sell retail for a couple dollars apiece.  If you can get a TPG to grade them it will cost you about $25 or more apiece to grade a $2 item.
