i have these 2 1959 pennys i think are rare there as new and shiny as a penny made of this year are these common

This was the first year of the new reverse design, so these were saved in abundance.  They are much more common than one would expect a 60 year old coin to be.

To echo what Bob told, these are extremely common in all grades.  Both mints made huge numbers of these in 1959 and large numbers were also saved as they were the first of a new design.  1959 cents are not rare and they never will be.
