Silver Eagle from Reagan Coins and Chronicles

It seems you guys have a glitch in your system.  When looking up a certificate number, you can see the number graded higher than PF69 is well over 70,000.  But when you click on the population numbers, is nowhere near what is listed.  This is for Coins and Chronicles set silver eagle only, which does not even total 1350:

Thank you for your patience. The census data is correct as this example reflects the total number of PF69 UC ER C&C graded coins as 662 and PF70 UC ER C&C at 1,199. The "Higher Grades" will include all other regular and special label PF69 UC and higher coins.
