Looks to me to be lightly circulated, but that may just be because I am viewing it on my phone.

I'd say AU to MS 63 but I'm not an expert at grading.  Nice coin.

That is actually a1964 D and if I am not mistaken NGC attributes about 12 ddo's and ddr's so give it a good look over.

  It's not a bad looking half. The reverse is pretty nice with a pretty nice strike

The obverse isn't that bad either, It looks like it got thumbed under the nose in front of the mouth though if that's the case AU is about all you will see from it.

Nice example of one of my favorite designs. 64 or 65 maybe if there is no friction. Target grade of MS 67 is a tough coin to find. Here is a nice proof.
