PL or just shiny?

Well Derrel, from what I can see from the pics, I'm going to say it's just shiny.......the luster on recent circulation strikes is usually excellent.

Most new cents will have a very shiny luster, though some do come with thick, frosty, and matte luster. This piece is shiny but not Prooflike.

first picture appears to be plated post mint.  Second is a little out of focus but looks like a normal cent.  The first has that "melted" look like it was polished before it was plated.  I suspect the second is the same.
