1991 P, Unlisted DDR

I got this one coin roll hunting, and I am 100% that its a new DDR. There is nothing else out there that resembles it (there is even doubling on the design above the second to last column, in between the roof and the columns.. The double ring thing idk what to call them) the closest thing it resembles is 1991 P WDDR-002, but as you can see it doesn't match! I am excited to get this one listed! It will be my first discovery coin!  Pretty sure it will make a wexlers best of variety too! You can see this one from a far! Thank you for looking, and happy hunting to all the CRH'ers out there!
