I need help on this one. This coin has front and back in picture i have seen similar of both but not on the same coin is this some kind of fake or a token or even an error.

Can someone please help me to identify this coin and it s possible value.. i have searched and searched with no avail. With different denominations on each side. Some kind of error possibly. Thanks for all your help.
