Unable to add NGC Certified coins to Collection manager

I have tried to add 3 silver eagles from the 2017 congratulations set, all of them are PF70 FR signed by Elizabeth Jones, and get the error unable to add the coin or it does not exist.

Certification numbers are

4557203-052
4557203-053
4557203-055
