Number grade or detail?

I wonder if someone can tell me if my coin might get a detail grade instead of a number grade, and what the difference in value might be if so? Any input will be appreciated? By the way, I'm having NGC grade it either way.

Unfortunately, it won't grade at all because the coin is definitely non genuine.  It's likely a Chinese fake.
