The one on the left, 1984 double ear, you example on the right, close as there is something going on but not definitive enough so no cigar.

I do not see doubling. The raised tab of skin covering the inner ear is what you are seeing. It has some wear on it, making it stand out a little more than on the MS coin. I have added arrows to demonstrate.

The 1984 FS-101 (37)Β  Lincoln that has been found with a "doubled ear" is from theΒ  Philadelphia mint. Yours is from Denver. It does not appear to be doubled, either.
