Could there be a d/p 1982 Dime?

Hi y'all. I have a weird 1982 Dime that the D is definitely over top of something. I did manage the photos below but they don't really do it justice, although right the under the straight line of the D is where it is visible. Idk? It's definitely not right, I just dk what it is. Any input would be great. 

And how come nobody has said anything about my pictures from last week? Is everyone on vacation? Lol! Or just tired of me already?
