Well a slightly worn 1967  cent is worth a cent. So if it has any value at all is going to depend upon what you mean about defects in the letters, but most the time defects in the letters are simply due to the result of post strike damage. So we would have to see good images of the coin to tell if there was anything special about it, but the odds are very high that it's worth a cent.
