Don't believe everything you see or read on the internet.  The 1982 and 1983 quarters are worth noticeable money in MS-67 and there is also a single MS-68.  Otherwise, both coins are worth nominal amounts, even in MS-66.

As for rising in value, depends from when.  Both have been losing value recently as the graded populations increase and since the end of the State Quarters program.

And in circulated condition such as those you have, they are worth a quarter each.
