1969S penny, double rim?

Found this searching my uncles pennies.  Thought I would start with the small denoms first.  Can you see it and what is this called?  Is this an error? a known error?

I'm not sure if I can explain this in the proper terms but here goes. Looks like just a little off center which gives a slightly bigger collar on one side. You see this a lot with dimes as they are soo small. Nothing valuable, just maybe a little cool.
