Great video and it looks like what sets this coin apart from Morgan prooflikes is absence of contrast. So why wont PCGS grade these or other modern prooflike coins ?

Thats also what ive been saying. Morgans make people think PL and cameo go together. These are proof like in the way non cameo WLH proofs are.
