Cleaned 1827 dime?

Hej!  My first time here!  Far Far (Dad's Dad) collected coins and had a couple from USA.  He moved to an apartment in 1960s and put his collection away.  I brought it to light last year and suspect I'd like this dime graded.  There are scratches on face (cleaned?) but eagle looks rather sharp to me.  How might this grade?   Thanks in advance, Totallyswede

I'm going to guess that this coin was in a mount of some sort in the past, which protected the reverse, while exposing the obverse to wear and abuse - possibly an ex-jewelry piece. I don't think you could get a straight grade on this piece, but what details grade it might receive is beyond me.
