1964-d quarter type c 65' reverse?

Hi everyone,

 

im still learning with coins.  Is this a 1964 on a 1965 reverse type c quarter?  Both leafs hit the tail feathers, all the leaves are much sharper and the third leaf hits the A in dollar.  Thoughts?

I didn't take the bet pictures in still learning but I assure you the leaves are touching the tail feathers and the A in Dollar.

your coin appears not to have the definition of the leaves that is typical.  However I can not tell from the images posted.  Your leaf does not appear to go past the A in dollar, but perhaps with better photos....
