1969 cent looks doubled die on the date thanks experts in advance

The cent should be examined closely to see if any of the diagnostics are there for the 1969-S 1¢ WDDO-002 (there is some shift in the first 9 I don't know if it's an artifact of lighting or the image but something is going on there) But it's not "the big one"

Looks like that could be a repunched mint mark.
