That is some pretty significant doubling. While the grade might not be the highest, I'd say it's a good one!

Not well, really.... You need more light, and try the macro setting if your phone has it. I know what a capped die is supposed to look like, so I know what this thing probably looks like.... but I'd never get that from that pic.

hello, I'm from Guadalajara Mexico, I have 3 coins with error that does not appear in any book, apparently my coins are unique, they are 3 coins of 1 cent 1968, letter S, each one weighs 3.1 and they have an error in the letter S and in the reverse, these are the images of my coins, I hope some answer thanks.

The second photo is a misaligned die causing the rim to be doubled 

If you are thinking the error exists only on the  mint mark try looking at over the mint mark and repunched mint mark errors 

(Omm errors or rpm errors )

I'm still not sure just exactly what I am seeing here. And, I was not aware what "dryer damage" was until I found a reference to it by Conder101 on another forum. Apparently, coins have been known to slip in between the inner and outer drums of commercial dryers, and eventually end up with the rims spread and the diameter decreased.
