Did NGC stop allowing ANA members to submit? I'm a life member, but can't download the submission forms. It just keeps trying to get me to upgrade.

Thank you for your question. Current members of the ANA qualify for an associate level membership free of charge. I have emailed the ANA Submitter application to your address on file. Once we update our records you will be able to sign in and access the submission forms.

I saw your email and replied. 

For years now I have had an ANA submitter account, and have submitted under it in the past. Why did I lose it and need to reapply?

Same thing happened to me .I had to Reapply even tho my acct is current .
