I found this damaged coin in some old change. I was going to throw it out because of the air bubble damage and corrosion but noticed the nose area was altered. I'm assuming an air bubble broke while still at the mint and a worker tried spackling it down. I'm thinking it could be worth something even with the bubble corrosion damage due to altered nose area . How do I get this out there to get noticed?

It is just post strike damage.  The nose took a hit.  Even if it was done in the mint, by a mint worker, (which would be impossible to prove) it is still just post strike DAMAGE.  And as a damaged coin it is worth  one cent.
