Without going political Camp David Peace Summit was an attempt by Jimmy Carter administration.... well never mind. What I can tell you is that your coin displays really spectacular toning from that paper card and must not be removed from is holder !

The scanner made the toning more obvious, it's more subtle in real life.

Only 1000 produced for the event. After 40 years I would say that most are out of their original wrapper which keeps yours on the rarer side. Prices on e-bay are $250 to $500.
