What grade does anybody think?

The sharpness looks to be VF-ish athough the focus is not good enough in the picture to really grade it. I'm concerned about what looks to be damage on the reverse in the area of the word "STATES."

Looks like mounting material or glue also 180 degrees off of word "STATES'

What should I do?Is it worth possibly restoring?If that is glue could it possibly be removed without damage?

Light soak in acetone might release glue but any rub whatsoever would diminish value. Professional conservation would not be worth it.

It is worth melt value (currently $1.19) because it is .900 fine silver.  I would sell it as is or leave it if you want to keep it.
