I took the top off the holder.  It's in a Capital Holder with a white background.  I think the plastic threw my white balance off a little and hid the luster.

Though Classic US is far from my thing (More of a Canadian guy), I'm going to agree with Rick and call it an MS 65.  It does have very nice fields, a nice strike and great details.  I'm not sold on it making as high as 66, but I'd say it's a nice, strong MS 65.

Very nice coin!  Mostly to be a contrarian, I'm gonna call it a PCGS 64 due to the minor ticks and lack of bursting luster in the right fields.  But it's a 65 all day long at NGC!

I agree that it appears to be a 65. 

There are just too many ticks on the eagle's feathers for it to get a 66.

The second photo of the obverse made the coin look much better. If the reverse has the same luster, I'd say MS-65. The first set of photos made the coin look like it has washed out luster from too many dips. I was about to say MS-61 or 62 based on those photos.

This coin has been dipped a lot, as it has been stripped of its original luster.  Fields are clean and I don't see any rub.  I'm going to call it a MS 65.
