To be frank, I just don't understand why the grader would deny such piece of history. IT IS THE SAME MEDAL!!!

No wonder it's losing business to PCGS...

I don't know, they are similar but they don't appear to be quite the same.. I suspect they believe the second one may have been made later and possibly form copy dies.  The details and strike are different.
