Need help with coin!

If you mean the "rippling" in the fields, that is the beginning of serious die wear and heavy flowlining.  As the coins are struck the metal is forced outward radially and eventually begins to erode the surfaces of the die fields.  At first it is to small to see (microscopic) and it is what causes the cartwheel luster of the coin.  On yours it has progressed to the point where they are clearly visible and are causing the distinct rippling or "orange peel" effect.  As the die continues to wear those areas will become larger eventually reach all the way out to the edge of the coin.
