Does NGC Registry Sets have a Low Ball type of sets similar to PCGS's?

Hello longstrider, 

The NGC registry has a category titled "Circulated Coins Only" for US coins.

 "Circulated Coins Only" Registry Sets accept NGC-certified coins graded AU 58 and below. These sets recognize that many collectors prefer to complete sets entirely with coins that were used in commerce. The scoring system is the same as for traditional NGC Registry Sets. Set types are listed for every major category of classic United States coins.
