1919 Quarter with an Interesting Reverse

True hub doubling is actually quite uncommon on SLQs, according to CONECA. I wonder why that is?: http://varietyvista.com/Variety Master Listings/standing liberty doubled dies.htm

There are none listed for 1919.

It is hard to see from your picture. Is there notching and clear separation? What I'm seeing from your picture (or interpreting from your image) is a combination of lighting artifacts and possibly some machine doubling. I don't see a double die there, but my opinion may change with different pictures.
