Whats wrong with this underweight1936 cent??

It's probably been reduced by acid or some other caustic chemical. The design has been lowered all around, and the rims diminished. I suspect it's also thinner than normal.

The rim is still completely around it not a mark on the edge of the coin is also the same thickness as my other 1936 cents. I know pictures don't do justice but the rest of the detail is sharp. If you look were liberty is it was struck through whatever it is because liberty is there but sunken instead of raised
