It is an older NGC holder which is why it looks different. Whether or not it would get a higher grade now would have to be determined by you and the grader. There are no guarantees.  Not sure what it would do to the value  of the coin if you got a grade 1 or 2 points higher. You have to decide if it is worth the cost of re-grading.
