HI MY QUESTION HAS TO DO WITH BIAS GRADING ON AMERICAN MINTED LIBERTY DOLLARS.FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANKS FOR MY GRADING ON ONE OF THE 19 COINS IVE SENT IN.ALSO ALL THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND NGC.WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY ISSUES WITH ORDER#2720746 WHICH WAS MY FIRST EVER PLACED WITH NGC.I WAS WALKED THROUGH THROUGHLY BY YOUR CS DEPT ON MANY CALLS TO GET THIS ORDER IN ON TIME FOR THE 225 LABEL FOR MY 2017 S EAGLE DEADLINE 3/24/17 TO WHICH IT WAS RECIVED IN YOUR RECIVING DEPT. SO HERE GOES MY (DEBATE),2016 W EAGLE PF 70 PERFECT THANKS,2ND 2017 S EAGLE PF70 WRONG LABEL(NOTED WITH CS AS 225 ATTRIBUTATION BY DEADLINE)3RD MORGUE ANNE Z50 ZOMBUCKS MINT ERROR (YES) CAME BACK FROM GRADING AS MS69 999 FINE SILVER WHEN BACK(REVERSE DIE ERROR)SAYS 999 FINE COPPER ARE THEY REALLY LOOKING AT THE COIN OR THE FINISH BECAUSE TO HAVE GOTTEN BY SO MANY CHECKS YOU HAVE IN PLACE AND NOT CLEARLY SEE THIS IS 1 OF 200 COINS TO WHICH 80% WERE RETURNED TO MINT FOR EXCHANGE MAKES THIS COIN HIGHLEY SOUGHT AFTER TO THOSE COLLECTORS.THIS MAKES MINE 1 OF MABEY 30 OUT OF 10,000 MINTED AND MABEY (ONLY)ONE GRADED BY NGC.4TH ALL OR MY PRESTINE ENCAPSULATED PURSHASED FROM EVANSVILLE LIBERTY DOLLARS WERE ACCEPTED BY PHONE,INVOICE,AND RECIVING.THEY WERE REMOVED FROM CAPSULES AND PUT INTO FLIPS DESIGNATED INEGILABLE FOR GRADING 15 COINS PUT TOGETGHER AND RUBBERBANDED TO FRICTION AMONG THEMSELF FOR THE MAIL BACK NO PHONECALL NOTHING I WAS ONLINE THE WHOLE TIME DURING THIS PROCESS AND IN TOUCH WITH C.S. AND EVERTHING WAS FINE YOU LET ME KNOW THE DAY IT WAS SHIPPED THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE GRADED.(THAT IS NOT A FAIR RESPONCE TO A PAYING COLLECTOR,WHO WANTS TO PRESERVE MY COLLECTION WITH THE BEST IN THE BUSSINESS)NOW FOR PRESTINE NGC HAS COMPROMISED MY RARE TO ME COLLECTION AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.!!!DEBATABLE!!! THE US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE DOCKET NO.5:09 CR27 STATES THAT ONLY ARMS REACH SALES TO COLLECTORS(MYSELF) WILL BE RECIVING OUR PROPERTY BACK (SILVER) THAT WAS SEIZED RETURNED BY US MARSHALS OFFICE(LOCAL).MEANING THAT THE RULLING FROM COURT AS COINS "COUNTERFIT",UNLAWFULL TO POESSES IF YOU WILL.THIS RULLING HAS BEEEN OVERTURNED AND ALLOWED TO BE IN COLLECTORS HANDS,AS COLLECTIABLES (NOT FOR COMMERSE).AS I AM 1 OF THE 265 PETIONERS AND LOVE MY COLLECTABLES I JUST WANT A BIAS,GRADE, PRESERVATION  OF WHAT I HAVE.WHAT I HAVE GOTTEN HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.MY COLLECTABLE BOUILLION TAKEN OUT OF THEIR HOLDERS PUT INTO FLIPS RUBBERBANDED TOGHER TIGHTLY ANY JUMBED IN THE MAIL HOME.THAT IS NOT HOW I SENT THEM IN(CAREFULLY PACKAGED IN CAPSULES AND BUBBLEWRAP).I ADMIT IM PISSED OFF.AS YOU WORK FOR COLLECTORS AND TAKE CARE OF THEIR INVESTMENTS AND PROFIT FROM EVERY SALE.(YOUR THE BEST IN THE BUSSINESS!)WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, NOT ONLY 2017-S, WRONG LABEL (225TH),ZOMBUCKS Z-50 WRONG LABEL(ERROR),ALL MY LIBERTY DOLLAR PROOFS OPENED AND SENT BACK LIKE FLEEMARKET INVENTORY!!!!I THINK NGC SHOULD REVIEW THEIR POLICY ON LIBERTY DOLLAR(NORFED) AS ITS CLEARLY A MISTAKE OF THE US JUSTICE SYSTEM.(PUBLIC RECORD) THEY MADE A MISTAKE!!! NOW ITS YOUR OPPRTUNITY TO HELP COLLECTORS PRESERVE THIS HUGE CONTAVERSEY.AS I WOULD LIKE TO BE THE FIRST TO SUBMIT AT(ANY REASONABLE COST)MY COINS AGAIN SINCE YOU OPENED THEM AND ALL THE OTHER MISTAKES MADE ON THIS 1 ORDER(2720746)..  PLEASE HELP  SINCERLY CHRISTOPHER ADAIR        P.S. I own one 2007 silver Liberty Dollar that has lovely prooflike surfaces and has toned heavily since I purchased it around 2008. I was told by them (Liberty Dollar) that it was not a proof but had prooflike finish. This is not a coin but has 'medal turn' to it. These do not appear to be on the list of medals NGC grades. I do wonder why they were removed from their holders if they wont grade them. Just as a side note a local dealer would not give 20.00 for it and told me that at one time they were not legal to own. So if it's not worth face value then is not a legitimate coin IMHO. It is however a beautiful piece whatever it is.

Well that's a fine example. At the bare minimum its worth the price of silver oz. But on the backside in the future I think they will be highly sought after bullion,art,advertizing piecies. Like many of the wartime(civil war) tokens that puts your collection over the top in conversation. But for me I was directly affected by the way this all played out. So I wanted to have mine graded to put together a display.old rulings overturned and are allowed to be  in hands of collectors.  tHats why I don't understand NGC POLICY ON THIS, INCAPSULATING THES PIECIES WOULD SHOW THAT THEY ARE COLLECTOR PIECIES NOT FOR COMERCE(PUBLIC). This would  beyond a dought show intent to being a collectable , helping collectors alike pull these piecies out of the closet. when the marshals service contacts me to pick up my minted bullion I would like to recive it in a condition and pkg the (way ngc wants,per label :from government seized hoard). I would like to create this label and have this ATTRIBUTATION for my display. but ngc needs to reconcider their policy on liberty dollar as its the only US COMPANY THEY BAN!!  I would like my company(ngc)3rd party impartial grading to grade my bullion rounds without bias to anything displayed on it.(political) ...I contacted anacs and their coustmer service does know their company and said send them right in they would be glad to pick up where (NGC) left you hanging in a bind.they would be bias on any and all buillion sent in , they would be glad to help. and would contact me before any changes if any would be made.BUT I WANT NGC. at least their options. so the skinny of things (NORFED) WILL BE, A LOT OF PIEICES SOUGHT AFTER WHEN(PUBLIC)KNOWS HOW TO DISPLAY THEIR COLLECTION,and this will happen when seized property is returned and everbody is aware of what was going on.  KEEP YOUR NORFED  WATCH WHAT HAPPENS THIS YEAR!

IS that a torch back or a naked back counter stamped, price of silver is a calculation. to which norfed worked with and changed value according to market before it happenes(trend) more advertising! helped me understand gold and silver backed currency that's all. just a good talking art round.look would you sell your $1.00 eagle for a dollar! just saying. the only silver that's even close to commerce value id canadaian mapleleaf (RCM) ..HAVE ANY MORE LIBERTY TO SHOW..im going to figure out this camara thing...I will post pics later

It's clear you would like to have comments and suggestions from board members. However, they cannot help if they do not understand the problem or what you want to know.

If you expect people to help, here or on the PCGS message board,  you will have to do the work necessary to make your thoughts clear and direct. This little outline might help.

1. Use simple sentences and basic grammar.

2. Describe the problem clearly and simply.

3. Add a blank line between each idea. This will keep each idea separate from the others.

4. Ask your questions simply and directly.

If you do these things, members will likely feel that you  want and respect their help, and that will make them more willing to listen to you.

Simply put: Please take the time and work to make your posts clear and understandable. If you don't you and Board members will be frustrated and give up.
