Hello & welcome,  you will need to post complete high quality as possible pictures both side of the coin before anyone will be able to give you opinions of grade of your coin.  Something similar as below

Your coin appears to be a well circulated penny. It would grade VF-EF (and it is worth a cent). This coin is definitely not worth sending in. 

The "DDO" that you see is from machine doubling. This is extremely common and is not a DDO.
