1926 S standing liberty Quarter

I have a PCGS 1926 S standing Liberty Quarter and it has an error what they call the teardrop variety so do you attribute these as an error variety or do they call them a teardrop variety or what. If you don't attribute that as a variety i would ask why when there is that bump on the right side of there leg not far the upper waist line.   roger56381@yahoo.com

Thank you for your question.  We attribute the teardrop as a variety.  In order to have the variety attributed you must send the coin in for grading as well as choose the variety plus check box in the services section which is an additional $15 fee per coin.
