Found this in a friends collection....wondering what people thought the grade might be? I don't look at a lot of circulated coins

I'd call this VF details, harshly cleaned. That poor reverse has been polished to within an inch of its life.

While the 96S is a key date in higher grades, it is actually not worth a huge premium in low grades like this. You're probably looking at $40 or so for that piece.
