I have just started collecting coins. I came across this coin and can find very little information anywhere else. Does anyone here know how much this is worth? I believe the silver content is 16.5 grams

Looks like high book is US$25. Offhand I'd guess a dealer would pay $7-8 and sell it for $13-15. It's 1/3 oz. of silver so that sets the price floor at any given time. Flashy proofs look impressive and may have low mintages but the functional issue is lack of demand.

Believe it or not, I just purchased one raw.  If you would like, I could take some photos for you...

Here it is.

Here's the info from my Krause manual:

Y#68

.625 silver (.3315 ASW)

32mm diameter

16.5 grams weight

Mintage: 51,000

"Value": $20

Subject: 500th Anniversary of the birth of Mikolaj Kopernik, scientist

Obv: Eagle with wings open within circle

Rev: Head of Mikolaj Kopernik 1/4 left

The 1974 MW has a mintage of 50,000.  Here is NGC's page on the coin in their World Coin Price Guide.  They list a value of $25.00 for both years.  A PF68UCAM sold in 2015 for $123.38.
