I don't have any but Randy Weir of Stouffville Ontario Canada specializes in this area and co authored a book on it in the last few years. He can be found under Randy Weir Numismatics on the internet

Thanks rmw! Randy hasn't done a pricelist in months now and word on the street is that he will not release one in a while. 

Need to quench my thirst for coins through other ways
