Please help Identify coin

Can anyone identify coin: Britannia SC/ Hadrianvs AVG COS111. As Britannia has no Sword or Sceptre and cannot find was told it is a likely a fake. Bronze like metal weighing 12gms. Many thanks

Offhand I'd guess it's a souvenir minted for sale to tourists up around Hadrian's Wall. No real resemblance to the general run of actual Roman coins.
