Where Are the NGC PR69 UC 2014 $20 Silver Canada Lake Huron Coins?

I have been searching for the last two years to get this final coin of the Great Lakes series. The only ones I've found are in the OGH.

 

I've checked sold listings on the US ebay and Canada ebay with zero results.

 

I've contacted dealers of Canadian coins both in Canada and the US. None have it.

 

Are the coins that slow in getting to NGC for grading? Hard to believe and no collectors have them up for sale.

 

It's a numismatic mystery!

I imagine there isn't enough demand for dealers to cherry pick coins and submit them.

 

If the coins look truly choice, does the slab label matter?

Ordinarily I would agree, except for the fact that I have the rest of the series in NGC PR69 UC holders and wanted to complete the set.
