It has to be under 300K if my memory serves me correct.

 

Also, after you "Browse" for the file you have to hit the "Add File" button before closing the File manager screen.

 

If it is over 300k then you will need to first upload the picture to a file sharing service, Photobucket, Google, etc... and then use the third button from the left to enter the address to the photo that you copy and paste from the file sharing service.

 

You can Use This Tutorial on how to do it using Google's interface and there is a link in that thread to where Physics-Fan had created a tutorial at another time and I think he was showing how to do it using Photbucket.

 

Good luck .... I am looking forward to seeing this $100 Note.
