Q: What is the largest denomination that Queen Elizabeth II portrait has appeared on? What country is that note from, and how many countries has her portrait appeared on?

Largest denomination bill was 250 Mils (Cyprus - 1957)

 

Countries Queen Elizabeth 2's portrait has appeared on circulating currency - 33. If you count Zambia (Assay only) 34.
