Mislabeled PCGS coin on Ebay?

Item 300936674792- does this look like a proof coin that was mislabeled Ms66 that probably should be PF66? The seller's pictures are not that good. Thanks for the assistance!

could be, but look at the guys other auctions.

 

they are selling some cameo looking ms66s from non proof years (46, 49)

and they must know Lincoln cents

 

I would vote different lighting / photo techniques before saying definitely proof

- would have to see coin in hand and possibly out of slab to be sure

Appears to be a proof IMO. TPG's do make errors.

Wouldn't surprise me at all but don't expect that you would benefit either on that. If resubmitted you can expect that they would call that a mechanical error regardless whether they really made a mistake or not.

If I saw the coin and not the holder I would think proof but I agree with some others that it is more unlikely than likely considering the seller seems to be a tad experienced in this.
