Could it go 64?

Only the "flat matte look" would keep it from grading 64. The strike is okay but not great and the eye appeal is choice. Probably a true 63 unless you catch a break.

Looks 64 to me, too. I'm guessing the luster is quite nice, and silky rather than flashy. CC Morgans seem to get cut a little slack when it comes to chatter. None of the marks is offensive, and the fields are quite clean.

I would be in the MS-63+, lower end MS-64 camp. I don't how the graders treat CC dollars now, but years ago they used to give CC dollars some slack on the MS grades, sometimes too much slack in my opinion. Give this coin any slack, and it will grade MS-64 although I would not call it a strong example for the grade.
