It is for "Two Pounds, Elizabeth II, 1997 Date, Mint State". This set would be for all the standard issue £2 coins that are not allowed in the "Commemorative" set. Which is the "Celtic Design" from 1997 to 2014. And the "Britannia" from 2015 to date. Not to be confused with the silver Britannia sets. These are not silver, but Copper-Nickel.
