For sale or swap- make offers- circ semi-key Walkers & nice MS64 Stone Mtn. half

2 posts in this topic

Here are some remnants from a circ Walker set I am breaking up, plus a nice Stone Mountain half.

I've given you my costs here so you can just make offers. I don't expect a huge return. Offers of my cost plus shipping will be accepted immediately but reasonable counteroffers will also be considered. I also like to trade. These days I'm mostly into pre-1600 world and ancient coins with nice eye appeal, but I'll consider swaps on just about anything numismatic.

These are nice original grey coins, as you can see. Though of modest grade, they should be problem-free.

Full return privilege - just contact me if necessary. I'm not much of a presence over here, but many folks know me from the Collectors Universe/PCGS forums across the street. In fact, if I should be slow to respond to your PMs over here, feel free to email me at rwshinnick@gmail.com, or call 912-261-8408 and ask for Rob.

1925 Stone Mountain commemorative, PCGS MS64

Don't be fooled by the pictures- I did them on my flatbed scanner so they're a little dull. In hand, this coin appears pretty much all white with a tiny, tiny hint of goldish undertones, and decent luster which cartwheels a little bit.

My cost is about $118.00 and this trends $131 on Numismedia.

I have some stuff to go off to NGC Ancients, so I would definitely consider trading these coins towards some NGC grading if you're submitting anything. I'm not sure if my Collectors Society membership is still valid, I know my ANA membership has lapsed, and I can't find my NGC Ancients submission forms, so if one of you wanted to let me "piggyback" on one of your submissions, that might work, and I could swap you some of the coins above to recompense your fees. Who knows if that would get too complicated, though.

I should say that I DO have a trade offer pending on all of the coins above, but I haven't heard any specifics on that yet, so I do not yet know how tempting it will be. But I thought I would mention the possibility of trading these coins for NGC grading if that doesn't pan out.
