I am guessing this is about VF30, what do you all say? Also what kind of price would you say is fair?

That coin appears better than VF 30 to me. I'm thinking XF 40 and would start the asking at $160.

I agree it looks close to XF but think it is worth $250 to $300.

The sharpness grade is very close to EF-40, and probably makes the grade from the commercial sense. The net grade is VF-30 due to an old cleaning. The color is not AT IMO, but the result of re-toning over time.

 

I don't think that this piece would get a slab grade if it were to be submitted for one. If you are thinking EAC grades, think about something brutal like a net grade of VF-20.

 

The variety is 1806, Cohen 1, Small 6, No Stems. That is a very common variety that carries no price premium.
