Yes the coin will slab and no it is not worth grading. IMO, Roosevelt Dimes are only worth slabbing if you think they are a solid MS67. Your coin appears to be in the MS64/65 range. Don't waste your money, stick it in an album.

I'll take your comment a bit farther. Do not slab most dates unless they are solid MS67 FT (or FB across the street) coins.
