Minor hairlines across the obverse and an old gouge behind the cap. What do you think?

I say F details. I would grade her a full F-15, but it looks like there are a couple of scratches on the obverse and she looks like she may be cleaned.

The gouge and scratches will preclude a normal grade, sorry. Looks VG details to me.

Thanks for the comments and Merry Christmas. I'm going to send her in and see what happens. She was worth the $110 the seller wanted even with a few hairlines.

I think she has a good chance

 

those guys a couple hundred years old get a little more leeway

 

 

imo the obverse is almost VF

i send in tons of caps and it will get detail graded cause of that gouge. sorry and f details.

Barely, and I mean just barely F-12 details, but it's a no-grade due to the problems.

 

Net value of a bit under VG money.
