I've been reading

The Official RED BOOK

A Guide Book of MORGAM SILVER DOLLARS

A Complete History and Price Guide 3rd EDITION

written by Q. David Bowers

I wasn't even aware of Morgan an Peace Dollars until 1961. When the Air Force sent me to Montana. Most of us young airmen didn't

care for them. When we received change it was in Silver Dollars. They were bulky and banged against our legs! We didn't look at dtes or mint marks.

Now I wish i had been more aware!

Have a Great Collecting Day

I just finished that book as well. It is a great read, not only about the Morgans, but about what was going on back in the late 1800s. If only our parents had the hind sight to collect some of these coins. I guess that's why they say hindsight is 20/20.
