What countries do the letters P, B, O, & M refer to on JIM paper money used during WWII?

JIM stands for Japanese Invasion Money and obviously made by Japan. It was supposed to be used for 5 main areas: Burma, Phillipines, Malaya, Oceania, and Netherlands Indies. Letter P denoted the Phillipines, B = Burma, O = Oceania, and M = Malaya.

Notes with block letters starting with S were for the Netherlands Indies. There were a lot of these notes printed. You can search ebay for JIM Note and see pictures.
